- Required for all clients treated for ADHD with psychotropic medication

- Will be provided with test results and diagnostic and explanatory letter

Thorough evaluation of current issues and their affect on function in life, school, work, and/or relationships.
We combine evidence-based interventions with shared decision making and environmental, cultural, and psychosocial factors to make the right plan of care for each individual client - often including psychiatric medication, complementary / alternative medication, supplements, and lifestyle modification.

- 30 minute appointment to discuss uncomplicated medication management
- For new clients who have one straightforward issue they wish to address
- "I have been treated for depression for years." OR "I think I have ADHD."

- 45 minute appointment to discuss medication management more than one issue
- For new clients who have two or three issues they wish to address
- "I have depression and anxiety, and I think I may also have ADHD."

- For new clients who have several issues they wish to address
